Green River, Utah

My friend, Jon Erdmann, was driving cross country from Chicago to California in his 1961 VW bus, and picked me up along the way. New drive train, Porsche engine, and 4-wheel discs meant we had no trouble making the passes.
We camped at Dripping Springs campground for 6 nights. The temperature was below freezing at night, reaching 80F during the day. The area is a high altitude desert, with very low humidity.
